WHAT TO EXPECT
Our Window and Door Installation Process
Lakeview’s window and door installation process provides a clear path from the first conversation through the final walkthrough, helping you make confident decisions and receive a carefully installed finished product.
A CLEAR PATH FROM START TO FINISH
Our Five-Step Window and Door Process
Every project is different, but the path to a successful result should be clear. Here is what you can expect when you work with Lakeview Windows & Doors.
STEP 1
Initial Conversation
We begin by discussing your home, the problems you want to solve, your priorities, and your general budget. This helps us understand the project and determine the most useful next step.
STEP 2
In-Home Consultation
We visit your home to evaluate the existing openings, take preliminary measurements, review installation conditions, and learn more about the appearance and performance you want.
STEP 3
Product Selection and Proposal
We explain the appropriate window options or door options, help you compare features and finishes, and prepare a detailed proposal outlining the recommended products, installation work, and costs.
STEP 4
Professional Installation
Our installers carefully remove the existing products, prepare each opening, install and secure the new units, and properly insulate, seal, trim, and finish the surrounding areas. We protect your home and keep the work area orderly throughout the project.
STEP 5
Final Walkthrough and Support
When installation is complete, we review the finished work with you, demonstrate product operation, answer your questions, and clean the work area. We remain available if you need service or assistance after the project is complete.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Clear Communication at Every Step
A successful project involves more than choosing the right window or door. You should understand what is being recommended, what the work includes, and what will happen next.
