What's better than living at the lake? Knowing your lake home is beautiful, secure and efficient because you have new high quality windows, siding, stacked stone and doors.
Here are a few of the lake homes we had the opportunity to provide and install windows, siding and doors on last year. Click on any of the images for a larger view and to start a slide show.
Marble Lake: A new 6' patio door was installed to replace the existing standard 32"entry door off the cottage's deck. We also replaced the old patio door on the porch and installed new horizontal sliding windows designed to reflect the summer sun away from the inside. This greatly expanded the couples view of the lake while also creating a comfortable space to entertain friends and family on the porch without baking from the sun.
Marble Lake: This aging porch is revived with new windows, trim & siding. Not only does it look great, this improvement has extended this family's outdoor time at the lake. The next project for this home is custom screens and custom exterior trim for all the windows.
Randall Lake: Cottage gets new windows for added comfort, security & beauty. We provided and installed new windows in a few of the cottages at Narrows Campground.
Lake of the Woods: Premium stacked stone replaced a masonry block lower story on this home and vinyl siding replaced wood siding that was in need of regular painting to keep this rich, dark color. The owner was able to keep her deep color without worries because Royal Insulated Siding has a lifetime warranty that includes color protection. We were also able to replace a window with a new window with dark gray trim so it matched the existing windows. A couple insulated glass units replaced windows with seal failure to complete this project.
Hamlin Lake (Ludington, MI): This photo was taken during the construction of an addition and cupola that features huge sliders on all four sides. Lakeview Windows & Siding also provided windows for the remainder of the addition. In case you're wondering, Ludington is not in our installation area. This addition was being built by a friend.
Cemetery Lake: New high efficiency vinyl windows were
an important part of this cottages remodel to improve the appearance, security, and maintenance costs. If you own a cottage you know that it's important to protect your investment.
